IT-Anon uses conference approved literature from AA (Alcoholics Anonymous), Al-Anon (Friends and Family of Alcoholics); ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics); Nar-Anon (Friends and Family of Narcotic Addicts); CODA (Codependents Anonymous), S-Anon (Friends and Family of Sex Addicts); FA, Families Anonymous (Friends and Family of Adolescent Alcoholics/ Addicts); Alateen (Children and Adolescent Friends and Family of Alcoholics); OA and O-Anon(Overeaters Anonymous); and on occasion from AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) and NA (Narcotics Anonymous). We suggest that you begin with the Daily Meditation book of your choosing and then move on to the lengthier literature. Here are some examples:
